"They could not take our order at the drive thru and we had to pull to the window. The gentleman did not understand what we were ordering, like he didn't know what the meals were. We pulled to the second window and we only received half our order. We tried to explain to the girl what happened. She didn't really understand either. We eventually made it out without one of our drinks but it took quite a long time to get that far."
"Very slow location. Always asks u me to pull up when i ordered 1 meal. Then my sandwich was so sloppy with a big wet spot on the top of the bun. Not sure what it is and i can’t even eat it. 2 visits in a row they mess up my drink and all i am asking for is a coke! This location went down the drain."
"I was not at all pleased with the service provided at this place. I thought the kiosk was put in place to make ordering food better but I waited and waited for my cash order to be put into the system. So when you place an order on the kiosk and select pay at the cashier it doesn't go into their system until you go to the cashier and pay. Which is fine but waiting 20 or 30 minutes for the cashier to prepare orders and take orders outside prepare door dash and online orders before acknowledging a person at the counter who is standing there patiently during lunch time is not for me and neither is this place."
"Came in earlier today 12/10/23 around seven thirtyish after the zoo and ordered some food for the family. The mc double was good but the fries tasted like they had been sitting out for a while and they didn't have tea. The employees were fooling around in the back but they brought food out in a timely manner"
"This place is a joke, 75% of the time they screw up your order, and will make you wait 10 minutes just to place an order. They will make you wait a long time hoping you drive off. This place is the center of p.o.s. service. If you do go there make sure you get a receipt! You will need it when they screw up your order, last time I was there they "forgot to put cheese on a big mac" how retarded."
