Chipotle Mexican Grill

"Very disappointing experience for Chipotle. The young lady who prepared the bowls for us came up to the counter with what seemed to be a chip on her shoulder. My husband, trying to be friendly, asked how she was. While she is not obligated to engage overly but not answering in a rude tone is good customer service. Both me and my husband and I ordered bowls that were very similar. While mine was made well, my husband's was not. Mine was nearly overflowing while his did not even fill the bowl. I don't know if my husbands question offended her or if she hates men in general, but she was rude. When looking at how different our food was prepared, she clearly had some issue with my husband. Then when I went to get utensils there was only one fork so I went to the counter to ask for more. Instead of giving me a folk the as he walked past me and the counter with a hand full of folks. He made me walk around the corner to get one once he refilled them."

"Got food sent by doordash. No fork and so much sour cream it was barely edible. Update: gave them another chance. Burnt meat, queso so thick i thought it was sour cream at first...my roommates food? She's allergic to tomato and ordered online. The sticker was on top of her bowl stating her allergy but her first bite had her running for her epi-pen. Go somewhere else I promise you'll be happier. Last picture is the allergy trigger."

"This Chipotle is only a couple miles away from me and I would rather go all the way out to Central Ave or Talmadge so my service and food portions are right. This store does not know how to act right, skip it. What's even worse is this store has not even been open long. If you order online at this location they will purposely skimp on your food every time. Tried using the online ordering to save myself time a handful of times, and even standing in front of them in store, you have to ask 2-3 extra times just for extra rice. Extra meat and rice is what is supposed to be inside the burrito in the picture provided. Learn to cook. If you fought hard for $15+ an hour for working fast food, you should sympathize with what your money is worth and repay that to the customers as well."

"Ordered on the app, asked for white rice, sofritas, cheese, corn, and sour cream. They literally sent me a bowl with everything BUT the protein????? No call or anything to say “Hey we’re out of sofritas can we put something else on your bowl?” Threw away my whole dinner. Thanks Chipotle!!!!"

"Always out of something. I’ve been at this location about 10 times now and not a single time they had everything available. Almost always they are out of fajita veggies. I get it it happens. Today I bit into my food and chicken was so burned I could barely eat it. Half of it had really bad burnt taste. I’ve had few orders for pickup and portions are half of what I would get when I order in person. Great location but they definitely need more people to manage their flow of the food. I’ve been to many locations around Toledo and this one unfortunately is at the bottom."
