"Went there last Saturday was told a limit of five items at the drive-thru window this was at 8:00 at night. Waited for 10 minutes while he argued with a man and a car after handing him a big bag of food then nothing for 10 minutes then another big bag of food and it's my turn and I asked why was I limited to five items he said because we're busy tonight I said well obviously the man ahead of me got more than five items he said well that was door dash. I told him thanks a lot I was going to have to go elsewhere to get myself a meal so I didn't have to shortchange my family on items. He didn't care. The food we got was wrong as well."
"Not the best taco bell I've ever been to but no the worst by far. Building is generally clean and well maintained, parking lot isn't to bad but could use some cleaning. Staff was friendly but not very accurate in their food preparation. I feel like more stores need to focus on quality rather than speed as the majority of the time there isn't much of a line. If they are busy sure try abd speed up a bit but why try to be fast when there is only 1 person in line?"
"Edit 07/19/23: Ordered INSIDE pick up today, specifically so I wouldn’t have to wait in the drive thru line. However, when I got to the restaurant the freaking door was locked! So I had to wait in the drive thru line anyway which completely defeats the point. Don’t advertise in-store pick up IF IT IS NOT AVAILABLE. Worker was actually pretty friendly. However, some of the potatoes in my potato taco were literally burnt, rock hard, and inedible. And look at how much meat was in my crunchy taco lmao!!! Must be a joke. For how expensive Taco Bell is now I expect better. And there were zero people at the restaurant at that time. None. I need to stop eating here because it is awful every time"
