"The girl that works that takes the order through the drive-thru does not know what she is doing. I ordered a number seven which was in the morning so it's two burritos and on the screen it said one burrito 199 and then the iced coffee hot coffee hash brown and she said is your order correct? I said no and I repeated it. She said I know I got the two burritos. It's just cheaper this way with the bundle and then I said well. I need two burritos. Three hash browns iced coffee, hot coffee, orange juice so everything comes up on the screen one burrito and then what I said my order she said is everything correct. I said no. I need two burritos she said there is I said are you sure she said yes? I said okay so I paid her $12.98 I get my food. I look in there. There's only one burrito and two hash browns and I got all my drinks. I said I'm missing a burrito and a hash brown. They said you didn't pay for it. I said oh my God then what did I pay for what you got? I said so just this class 1298 she said yes. I said oh is this how you screw people out of money so I had to pay for an extra burrito and a extra hash brown that came up to four bucks. So all together I paid $17 when you added up it should be like 14. So people make sure you get a receipt no matter what when they ask you say yes"
"The lady who took the order and payment was great. The lady who made the food and ice cream Sunday was terrible. For one, how do you mess up making a hot fudge Sunday? Gave me it with chocolate running down the side of the cup and ice cream dripping off of it. Can't hold it without getting it all over your hand. Fries were old and soggy, and the burgers were like a 4 year old made them."
