Marco's Pizza

"This has to be one of the worst Marcos in Toledo first time I ordered the driver lied about delivering my food he told the girl at the store that someone told him that they didn't order anything from Marco's clearly he keyed in the wrong apartment number bcause I never received a call to let him in the building then some other women get on the phone and tell me yeah I don't know what happened someone had called and changed the number on the order There was never an apology Nor was I offered a resolution to the problem so a week later on November 25th I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt and order again this time I ordered a steak and cheese sub with very light mushrooms and add onion and a build your own bowl with pepperoni ground beef Italian sausage and onion need I say there was barely any meat on the sub with very little onion and what seemed to be extra mushrooms and the build your own had ham bacon and green peppers which I didn't ask for the driver wanted me to meet him in the lobby I'm handicap and I paid for it to be delivered and I shouldn't have to meet him in the lobby and when I got the order I Immediately called back to the store and no one never answered the phone maybe you need to stop your workers from hanging out at the side door smoking cigarettes and weed it's not a good look when your at the traffic light and you can see them standing around the side door smoking"

"The pizza is better than some, but when it comes to delivery, they always forget something, and if the order is messed up, it takes weeks to get a refund. But their subs are great."

"I walked in . A young lady is on her phone behind the counter . I asked another employee was I being recorded because she had the phone pointed at me . She said no shes just on her phone . Then the young lady that was on her phone got rude & said why am I worried about her & her phone . First of cross contamination. You guys are already making pizzas with bare hands & with all these infections , viruses & covid going around . Its not safe to be handling your phone with food . Then on top of that I thought I was being record . I know people would say just cook at home . Im tired & sick . The food is not even for me its for my babies . I will not be returning I will drive to another one before it be this location . Then my pizza has so much pizza sauce on it . Its enough to make 3 more pizza . Very disappointment . !"

"Well Marco's I had stopped patronizing this location for over 10 years. I ordered from you guys last September and the pizza was AMAZING, but today reminded me why I should've never came back. My pizza was taking a long time so I called to inquire about the 1and a half wait only for the worker to tell me my order was already delivered. I checked the porch and all and yeah my neighbors were eating pizza so that must've been my pizza. Well she told me to hang tight I'll send another one out. Waited another 45 min only to get a cold pizza and half done bread. Needless to say I wont be back any time soon. Maybe you guys need another 10 years to get it right."
