"Waited at the drive thru for more than 5 minutes before pulling around and going inside, with the car at the speaker. No live person on the register. Lady behind the counter just pointed at the screen. To top it off in true Taco Bell Style, they still got the order wrong. Knew I should have checked the bag but figured I went in and ordered it should be right. No time to go back, would have been late."
"Service was absolutely amazing. I had a problem working the kiosk and they stepped from behind the counter to help me. Received my food in an ok amount of time. Which is to be expected but the greetings and the smiling faces made up for that."

"Photos don't lie. I would be shocked if anyone is washing their hands. The soap dispenser seen in the mirror is nowhere near the mens bathroom sink. It's several feet away near the paper towel dispenser. The sink and toilet are both filthy. Suggestion to all customers. Look at the men's restroom before ordering anything. The getto language in the kitchen area ruins any dining room experience. The soda is mostly carbonation, and power bowl rice is often uncooked."
"HOW CAN'T YOU READ A FOOD TICKET AND GET EVERY ITEM IN THE BAG??????? And I don't know how you mess up a Mexican Pizza and Baja Blasts???!... But y'all did. Worst Taco Bell experience I've EVER had. PERIOD. I will never eat there again. Or at least until they get employees that care."
