"I went to the drive through with a mobile order. I was told to pull forward to wait on my food that they had already handed me, I asked them if I could have my drink that was sitting on the counter. Chi Chi was very rude as she yelled to me this is a small not medium I told you to pull forward, as I was pulling up I heard her talking about me to the other employees. While waiting on my drink. I could hear the customer behind me telling her "you do not need to be rude to me, I just asked you a question." I feel if she can't leave her bad day at the door she doesn't need to be there. I will not return."
"I am never going here ever again , after me and my family came to get food it tasted awful like cardboard , two days later everyone started throwing up and feeling sick to our stomachs , we can’t eat anything or drink anything now bc all we do is throw everything up , I don’t know if it was bad meat or something else idk but this has to change it is not ok!!!!!"
"Worst service today. I literally come here every morning at 745 am to get breakfast before work. For the 3rd time in 2wks i was given the wrong food. So i come by after work and talk to the manager. The girl who serves me every morning was there too, she knew i was there this morning....yet im told TOO BAD... no receipt i cant do anything for you...no sorry no nothing...i wanted to be a karen...but i just walked away. Ill take my business elsewhere. I get that my $60 a week is nothing to them....I will never go back there again...."
