Taco Bell

"This was a horrible experience a few minutes ago. To begin with after checking our drive thru order, it was incomplete. We went back thru and received the missing item. Upon arriving at home the 2 items ordered were not what I paid for: a burrito supreme with steak and a nachos bell grande with steak. The burrito was ground beef which I hate from there and the nachos bell grande was only beans and cheese. No steak at all. Like I said horrible, horrible experience. Not even worth the one star I gave them. I normally don’t post reviews like this but found it necessary tonight. Really upset with these folks. They have to do better. Don’t even know if this will get anywhere."

"The manager was just complaining about her job the job she applied for and moving as slow as the employees I waiting patiently for her to be giving attitude. Not you or your employees on staff acknowledge the people who was waiting to get order took the two young ladies just walk past us as if we was interrupting them. I don’t get it if you don’t like your job of providing service you should quit."

"This Taco Bell is one of the worst ones in Toledo when it comes to customer service. Just sat in the drive thru at the window for 20 minutes waiting for our food the so called manager ask if we want something other then the fries that were in our order because all of a sudden 20 minutes after placing the order their fryer is down and they can’t make no more fries. I say no just refund me for the fries. I get all the way home and the whole order is messed up I go back literally 10 minutes later and watch these people pour fresh fries into the container and season them . I tell the lady I need a side of pizza sauce since my pizza didn’t have the extra on it and she says where is the pizza I said I threw away before finding out that my daughter who is allergic to sour cream found out her found had sour cream on it and I had to come back I was not taking it back out of the garbage to bring to u ( I thought fast food restaurants weren’t supposed to take anything back since covid happened ) she proceeded to run her mouth saying “ she threw the pizza away but wants the pizza sauce ?” And I said yes I did and yes I do cause I paid for it. Basically a waste of my money and time …. Won’t be getting my business again.. If I could give them zero stars I would have fyi my pizza was supposed to be extra cheese extra pizza sauce"

"Terrible, sad and need chick-fil-A training! I ordered a cheese roll up add ground beef of course they didn't have it. So me being a PAYING CUSTOMER I settled for steak and this is what i get. NEVER AGAIN SAD SAD SAD!"

"We ordered the a delivery service, they put the food on our porch, didn't follow the instructions we asked for. As for TB, we had over half of order missing. The items we did receive were messy, there were barely any fries! I learned a valuable lesson to not order from these delivery services because every single times we've ordered we gotten poor service."
