"We stopped in from out of town after an evening visit to the nearby zoo. We were warmly greeted while they were finishing up our 5 sandwich’s (mobile order). The restaurant was very clean and a comfortable temperature to dine-in. The sandwich’s were delicious. I can’t find a complaint (other than JJ’s constantly creeping prices!!). This seems like a super well run location!"
"I placed a very large order for work 45 boxed lunches. It was ready when I asked it to be. A worker carried the order and packed it in my car. Cannot give enough compliments on outstanding service!"
"They forgot our chips and I called.. left me on hold for 10 MINUTES. hung up and called again and they said they accidentally hung up which is a blatant lie because I was clearly on hold. They said they will have their delivery guy bring the chips. I can't leave the workplace to pick up the chips. They still haven't brought it back. Zero communication and customer service is terrible. Always ordered every week and sometimes for our branch. No problems until now. Never ordering here again for myself and my co workers. The manager said.. and I quote "Oh yeah she accidentally hung up on you instead of putting you on hold." When it was the manager that put me on "hold" and just left me there. EDIT: I called their corporation number and they refunded me for the chips. I'm changing my review from a 1 star to a 2 star. I feel like being blown off by the LITERAL manager makes me want to keep it at a 1 star. And the fact that I have to call the corporation number to call them about my experiences."
"Are you kidding me I ordered a sandwich with no veggies and I get like 3 slices of turkey and some bacon? Didn’t even bother to ask if i wanted extra meat so it wasn’t a bread sandwich no wonder this location is never open the hours they’re supposed to be."
"If I could give 0 stars I would. Walked in and everyone looked at me (including manager) and did not speak. There was about 3 people in there and they were rushing like there was about 15 people. My sandwich was thrown together. LITERALLY. Had to pick everything off and put it back as best as I could. Expressed to manager how upset I was about the service and my sandwich, he did not accommodate me in any way. Management is POOR. Jimmy John’s please do better."
