Marco's Pizza

"I ordered a delivery and the delivery driver stated she called and couldn’t find my house. I’ve ordered from there for so long. Please advise your drivers to learn to read instructions because I had eye surgery and I can’t drive . The manager did not want to re deliver because it was dangerous. I’ll never order again!! Poor management and poor delivery service!!!"

"Driver was very nice! Called to find out about my delivery and the person answering the phone stated they were not taking orders at 7:46 pm. I explained to him I was checking on my delivery and he was very rude. She (driver) explained the long delay was another driver skipping over my delivery. Food was cold (gel line) throughout the pizza and the wings were the worst (slimy). Did not call the store back was over them from the first call! Definitely will never be ordering again!"

"A few months ago I order a pizza, cheese bread and a 2lt. I went to pick up my order, AFTER my card was charged the kid probably about 15 or so stated they didn’t have any 2lts. I asked for a refund since they didn’t have my item the manager on duty at the time said he could not give me a refund although they did not have my product nor offer and other kind of remedy for the situation. I was upset because I was expected to just give them my money with no item. The manager then went to the drawer and gave me a refund. Ok fine. Well Friday I went to order a pizza only to find out they put me on the ban list and because they charged me for something they did not have in stock banned me from ordering there. Absolutely ridiculous!"

"Waited on hold for ten minutes, lasted time I called someone mumbled into the phone and hung up. Also one time I ordered from here the cheesy bread then delivered to me was actually an employees food. This place needs some serious corporate intervention or to just close, the employees here are clearly not capable of making and selling pizza with basic customer services skills(good luck with life). I don’t feel comfortable feeding my family food from here."

"Had pizza delivered. Ordered online and Conformation said my pizza promised time would be 8:14pm. At 8:30 called to see when it would be here manager answered phone as was very rude. Driver arrived 7 minutes later very polite. Opened my pizza and it was missing 2 items on it that I paid extra for. Called the store back and manager was very rude. When employee whom answered the phone got her he did not put me on hold and I heard her say she just called up her to see where her food was and she’s calling back. When I told her that my pizza was wrong she said I will have another one delivered but you have to send that back with the driver. She expected me to wait another hour to hour and a half for it. I told her I was already eating it because I was not waiting that long. Her response was to hang up. I usually have good service and food from there. Food was still good but managers service and attitude could have been 100% better than what she had."
