Downtown Johnny's

"Went with friends before going to Huntington Center. Upon arriving we were rudely told by a woman we weren't allowed downstairs without a reservation. We then headed upstairs where we waited for 25 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. Got drinks, then ordered food. After an hour went by, we flagged down the bartender to ask where our food was. She told us the waitress who took our order left for the day and we would have to find someone to place our order again. We ended up leaving, but the bartender told us we still had to pay for our non-existent food. Nope...we left. Never again will we be back. Crappy service all around."

"Cool location if going to Huntington center for an event, but keep in mind, their kitchen is "very small" and they clearly can't accommodate large amounts of people before events across the street. Waited 45 mins for a burger and chicken sandwich until I told them to cancel it, cashed out my tab on a few beers later then food came out as we were walking out the door"on the house" but it was not good at all.chicken sand was a thin (less than an inch) patty tots were not even browned because tried to cook in a hurry, and burger was just blah. Asked server she said she would check and didn't come back. When she did I asked for check.Appreciate trying to bring it out after we complained but honesty was better off cancelling because now we wasted food. It was a shame. Also people next to us came in 15 mins after us and got all their food before us with no issues. Other customers offered their food to us!! Sad. Disappointed. We are from our if town, but unfortunately won't be back or recommend to anyone for food. If you want to just drink go for it!!"

"Called and made reservations and they gave our table away and we were 5 minutes early. Not one staff member acknowledged us until we sat at another table that said reserved. When we said we had reservations she said we weren’t there at 5 and we said our reservations were for 520 they said they don’t do reservations after 5 but took our 520 reservations and never said anything about not taking them after 5 and they were seating another table that had reservations after 5 o’clock. Our friends saw our name on the reserved table and they took it off right before we walked. Other than one girl saying we couldn’t sit at the table not one employee said a word or acknowledged we were even there."

"Placed an order thru the Downtown Johnny’s website, they called to say they were out of something I ordered and I asked them to cancel my order. A few weeks later I realized I was never refunded. Called them asking about my refund and was told I had contact the online company. After researching, it clearly states on the site, all refunds need to be initiated by the restaurant. Over a month later, I’ve yet to receive my refund."

"Stopped in with my 2 sons before AEW, bartender was the kindest lady I've ever met. This is MY go-to before any Huntington Center event. Thank you again miss for being so kind to my boys."
