"Only one girl had the whole restaurant! She was keeping moving for sure and did a great job. Food was delish! I had the BLT with jalapeno mayo and it was yummy!"

"Recently went with my elder to treat em for lunch and it SLAPPED! It always has, but the garbage salad and garbage wrap and the Rueben was amazing! Had to tip extra for the love!"

"I visited this restaurant for the first time today. There was a limited amount of options for food comparatively. I was told by the server salads were notable and worthy. My choice was a southwest salad. I also thought a grilled cheese would be nice and received one with bacon and tomato added. The only item in my salad that resembled southwestern style, was the candied pecans. There were no southwestern style flavors, No knife to cut my salad or the red onion slices on top. I don’t recall the advertised cheese in the salad, but it lacked flavor also. It came with croutons and 2 corners of seasoned pita bread. The grilled cheese was served on Texas toast, thicker than my preference for a traditional grilled cheese. I had asked for Ryebread, and heard nothing regarding the Texas toast or any options. The bacon was crisp, which I enjoyed. The tomatoes were ripe. The cheese were obviously slices, meant to melt, but did not thoroughly, as I learned when I picked the sandwich apart to avoid the extra bread. I realize My experience could have been better had I reviewed the Choices more carefully, but that doesn’t exclude the fact that I felt there was no love in the food. That is a quality I look for in every place I visit. I expressed my experience to the woman ringing me up. She said she would let them know. I also paid $5 for parking prior to entering. Overall, this is not an establishment I would return to. I cannot justify spending $30 for a meal that I barely touched to a restaurant that didn’t even notice. Best wishes to Grumpy’s."

"First time at Grumpys and overall the food is really good. I had a bowl of their chili and the sawbuck (I believe that I spelled that correctly) and I got a free oatmeal raisin cookies for it being my first time. Chili you could tell was made in house including the tomato base which made it one of the top Chili's I've had at a restaurant. The sawbuck was really good with the crunchiness of the toasted bread with the juiciness of the meat was great. The cookie was both soft and had that amazing outside crust you look for. The only "argument" I have is that the sandwich is served with potato chips and it is slightly expensive to eat there. For two of us with waters it was roughly $30 without tip."
