"I’ve visited here several times over the years. This is my first time leaving a review because, honestly, they’ve never been consistent enough to get a good read. The food is good, but customer service is so touch and go. Had a pretty bad customer service experience the other week, so I’ll probably cool it on visiting for a while."
"Got in one hour after the posted opening time, half hour after the subsequently posted time, and manager would not seat us outside; despite the fact, it would be a draw for people walking downtown for the mudhens game and the Toledo pride weekend. Volunteered to get carry out and the manager freaked out at the concept. Still sat outside , and told people the food was delicious as a Downtown Toledo supporter, and despite that was eventually asked to leave by the manager because we complained about the treatment. Actually threatened to call the police, and we invited that. Wouldn’t seat us outside, even though the restaurant was absolutely empty for the next 30 minutes. The first other customers came in at 5:19 PM. Our waitress was wonderful. She remembered us from the last time we were in there, and we paid forward to buy dinner for a couple who was there with a small child. Wait staff is not the problem. The food is not the problem. It’s actually very good. But not coming back. Except to order soft drinks. And attempt to get kicked out again by this guy, who had no explanation for asking us to leave, except that he was being an idiot. He would not tell us his name, but this is his sour face."
"Went here for the first time, we had pizza and it was very good, I really liked the sausage and peppers, prices are so, so, not shocking but not cheap either, two pizzas cost us $30.00 pluss drink, the restaurant is very nice.. I highly recommend this place!"
"Went with a girlfriend for a quick bite and stayed for a couple hours. Great atmosphere and great food! Her chicken was amazing and juicy. My pizza was thin and crispy with just the right amount of mozzarella. The bartender was super pleasant and friendly."
