"Horrible service. The whole restaurant is dead and so was the drive through and I said at the drive through for 7 minutes and nobody took my order so I called right now, and I asked to talk to the manager, and she said that that was her, and I said well, can you tell me why nobody is taking order she goes, we are and I go. No, you're not nobody's doing their job, and she kept interrupted me saying we are. We are, we are poor service. I will never, ever go to Wendy's there."
"Everytime I come here it's a issue. Costumer service is terrible.I ordered a baked potato with only liquid cheddar and a small fry I get home and I have the fresh a sour cream I go back there they don't apologize they get me a baked potatoe that has stuff one it that I didn't ask for so I told them again it's supposed to just have cheese on it and apparently I'm the problem according to then because they were mocking me and talking about me right in front of my face. Crazy could of waited at least until I left lol this isn't the first time they treated me like this."
"I ordered two chili soup and some burgers. The burger with bacon was for my mom, and she said it was very good. My burger was ok, I really don't eat Wendy's. The chili was watery and was very bland. Wendy's also has caned chili in either Walmart or Krogers. Now, that was very different because the soup was very thick, and to me, it was very spicy."
"We were attempting to eat inside. We were basically ignored at the order counter. When we asked if we could order, someone called out to another employee to wait on us. He looked at us from the back of the kitchen and then proceeded to throw around some empty boxes and swear at another employee making no indication he was going to wait on us. At that point we left. We will not return to that location again."
"I just went through the drive-through and it was hot and fast, and the lady gave me a side of ketchup because they were out of packets. It was very sweet of her because I’m heading to Class and had no way to get ketchup. Thank you!!"
