"Ordered the chicken and pepperoni mozzarella melt and they forgot an ingredient. It's literally 5 things. Bread, pepperoni, chicken, mozzarella, and tomato bell pepper sauce. Left my pregnant wife to grab a bite to eat. Thanks for leaving the bell pepper sauce off of it and charging me $13 for a dry sandwich. No I didn't say anything. Had to get back to my wife."
"I went to the one in Toledo Hospital and I bought a large chicken soup and it was more like a small. I also bought 2 orange juices. To me it tasted like diet food."
"Panera is my favorite place to grab some food and study for hours, employees are always walking around making sure everything is clean, food can soemtimes take awhile but nothing too long. The atmosphere is great, perfect volume of music for those working. The food is always amazing but a bit pricy"
"We were there early on Thursday, June 29 TH . 2023 ,, 8:30 am , to be exact . Not too many people .. Mackenzie went out of her way to help me with order and coffee . Gina and the rest were also friendly and helpful. We have to come back to the hospital three more times and will definitely come to Panera . I will see if I have time to go to get lunch . We have to understand that this place is not the regular, full size Panera and that they don’t have the full many . BJ"
"Was staying in the hospital with my baby boy back in November and went to this Panera to get a small break and good coffee for a pick-me-up. When I asked for a specific flavor, the worker snapped at me that they don’t do flavors there. I got a regular coffee and was handed an empty cup with no further interaction. Then when I couldn’t see where the coffee was and asked, the worker very rudely pointed it out. For being a place full of people going through really hard stuff, the staff should really be better trained in treating their customers with a little more patience and compassion."
