"Went through the drive through. I thought my order was simple enough. Somehow it must have been more difficult than I thought. One order was a JBC biggie bag. No bacon on the burger. Only 3 nuggets instead of 4. No sauce for the nuggets. And no straw for the drink. I will say that I called and was told to come back for a replacement for free when I wanted too."

"Josh the manager made my DAY!!!! I’m not the biggest Wendy’s fan due to every time u go it’s never fresh or good, well today that changed my food was amazing and Josh made it happen. We and this fast world need more managers like this who care about there job and customers!! Thank you Josh"
