"Just went here. Pulled into drive thru at 920. Started saying “hello” at 926 with no response. Decided to pull up to window. Two teenagers on their phones in a filthy kitchen. One looked at me and didn’t come to window. Went to Culver’s. Poor service and they are clearly slow and don’t care about cleanliness."
"The manager Erin at this location is HIGHLY disrespectful. Would never come here again until she gets a better attitude or she leaves this place. Lady (maybe Holley) who was serving me at the window asked “it is really that serious” YES, being disrespectful to a customer is INDEED THAT serious. This location sucks, wouldn’t recommend. I don’t have time for incompetent behavior like this."
"Unfortunately, we were unable to use the drive up stalls, as they were very short staffed. Eventhough overworked, the employees still have a smile on their face. Hopefully they can find more people willing to work so people are not forced to use the drive-thru."
"I brought my dad here for the first time. He's never been. I myself was a little hesitant because the last time i was here..not so good but he asked about it so I decided to give them another try. We had the double burgers with tater tots & a drink. Very impressed & they definitely didn't skimp on anything!! I hope they continue this, they'll get our business more often. When my dad said to me " I'm getting tired of chewing" I know THAT'S a good burger! The carhop, I sure wish I could remember her name...fantastic, answered our questions, didn't mind talking to us, super friendly. Even the parking lot was clean & OH, we spent less there then at the Golden arches & was full!"
"Your website says that you're open until 11pm. I just pulled in your drive thru at 9:47. I wait at the ordering screen for a couple minutes. Nothing. I then yell to attempt to get anyone's attention. Nothing. I honk lightly. Nothing. I pull up to the window and wait a couple minutes. Nothing. I hear employees inside and lights are on. A couple cars in the parking lot. I try shouting again. I honk my horn obnoxiously. Nobody ever comes to the window. I never see a person. I drive away angry and will never go back. I'm extremely obese and eat lots of food too."
