"My order was wrong and they delivered my order late they didn't resolve it I emailed them and complained about it the girl that I talked to I don't know if she was a manager or not but how she handled me as a customer and my situation was not the right way to go. Rather I was right or wrong she should of apologized and taken care of the situation but yet I wasn't trying to argue or give an attitude back and cuts me off and I ordered online told her the situation. Doesn't matter how much of a big ordere you had in advance or what day or holiday it is if you still want to have business you should make it right with your customer or customers you do right by them they will come back but I won't be ordering from them anytime soon I was not very happy about the service I got same for my boyfriend."
"I always get pizzas from Vito's and usually always satisfied other than I ask for them to cut it in squares and they don't so with that being said I live at Collingwood Nebraska and that is not far from South Detroit and they will not deliver I'm disabled do not have a vehicle so there you go"
"Practically zero sauce on the pizza, making it bone dry. One banana pepper on each slice if that. Almost no onions. I order here often & am probably going to stop. When I tried ordering extra sauce, they put about 4x the amount of sauce & the pizza was mushy & almost inedible."

"I always enjoy Vito's Pizza and Subs. They have fast and friendly service. Their many specialty pizzas are unique and tasty. Tonight I had a coupon for a free specialty pizza for my birthday and I chose the Tony Packo's Pizza as pictured. I should mention that this pizza to my knowledge is only found at Vito's and is a very good pizza. It tastes just like eating a signature Tony Packo's dog. They leave nothing out and even include a side of pickles."
