"I have experienced multiple time problems with this mcdonald’s. One time dinning in with a friend the service was terrible. When they announced my meal they announced it wrong and then yelled at me for not coming up to get it. A different time in the drive through I drove through during business hours and they completely ignored me, along with 3 other cars. Pulled up to the window and the staff was just sitting inside on their phones doing absolutely nothing. The workers here are lazy and incompetent. This mcdonald’s is an awful representation of the food chain."

"Service! service! service! Work on your customer service. I worked in the fast food industry for over 15 years starting out as a teen and becoming a manager. Customer service was always our number 1 priority. People want to feel welcomed and cared for especially spending hard earned coins in an inflated economy. So work on customer service."

"Cancelled our doordash order like five times now in the past month or two. Have a stomach disorder and every time, it’s basically the only thing my boyfriend and I will eat that day. It’s one thing if they deny it right away, it’s another to keep us waiting for 45 minutes through multiple dashers and then just canceling it. One day we didn’t eat anything until midnight because dasher after dasher would go to the store and then leave. Took them 4 or 5 dashers and then they cancelled it. Make up your mind, either take orders or don’t. Respect that people need to eat, especially if it’s late. If you need to cancel it, do so quickly. I worked in restaurants for years who used doordash and not once did I ever have four dashers show up for one order when we weren’t even going to make it. Lastly, you’re McDonald’s. No reason your phone should be disconnected. I called to politely ask if there was a reason we weren’t getting our food so we could possibly avoid this again, but the phone immediately started to beep so here I am leaving this review. Y’all used to have the best food and service, I don’t know what changed but the service now is absolutely wild, as well as the food being wrong/missing most of the time."

"Let me say what a joke the fast food industry is becoming. 9/10 times this location is going to get your order wrong and what gets me the most about it, they mess your order up but when you go through you have 10 employees all standing around doing absolutely nothing. You want a higher pay rate, give me a higher quality of service!"

"Absolutely loved the vibe here. Super fast service, these guys were better and faster then my hometown McDonald’s In Kalamazoo. Even got to hear the GM sing. Definitely will come back next time I’m in Toledo."
