Church's Texas Chicken

"Don't waste your time! Ordered $50 worth of food and didn't get my coleslaw, fried okra and sandwich. Tried calling the location and the number is invalid it say. Called corporate to get a refund and they were rude and told me it would take almost a week or more to hear back from someone and even longer for a refund. The food was pretty horrible aside from the biscuits and tenders. The grease from the fried chicken made me feel sick and I couldn't keep it in. The mac and cheese tasted like it was very old and had been sitting around. This was our first time trying this place and our last."

"First I placed my order online on 12/4 it was about 5:45pm I paid $41.28 for our meal, get to the restaurant and they are closed. There were staff in the building and no one would come to the door, so I drove to the drive through window and they just looked at me. The level of frustration at this point is real. Knocking on the window finally a lady comes to the window I explained to her about me ordering online and how do I get refunded. She looked and said I don't know and we are closed. So I left with no money or chicken. Corporate really need to pay attention to the reviews on this place. The staff is rude and unprofessional. I am done never again. I encourage anyone who has issues call the corporate office I did."

"It’s appalling to know that people are ok with serving undercooked food, as if they don’t care about their own selves surely don’t care about the next person, the work ethic is poor clearly of the person who cooked this food and by the looks of the reviews they have been doing this for months and the phone has been disconnected for months it’s sad they are open still and allowing them to take peoples hard earned money just to receive food they can’t eat. I had my order door-dashed because I can’t leave my employment to get food and to see this and know I couldn’t do nothing about it right away was so frustrating please do yourself a favor and do not go to this place!"

"Ordered by the drive thru was told to park out front to wait 5 mins for chicken tenders. Been here for 30+ minutes. There is no movement in the building. Tried to go inside to ask what the hold up is, but for some reason the front doors are locked. They don’t even let you go inside. Do not come here. Even if they have good food, you will never get it to find out. Save your time and aggravation."

"Ordered a 5 pc chicken tenders meal. The chicken was burnt and dried out, didn't receive the fries. But also ordered a 3pc meal same thing with the chicken and only received 9 fries! Called the number on the receipt and it had been disconnected. Called corporate and put in a complaint. The person said that someone would contact me.... didn't happen! This place was shut down for a while...never should have reopened. Horrible!!!!!!!"
