"This taco bell does whatever it wants it seems. Some days the doors are locked and you can only do drive thru, some days they don't come to work until 9am when they are supposed to be open at 8am. I'm tired of going there and they are closed when their hours say they should be open. Taco Bell you should be better at managing your employees."
"Got there exactly at 11 am. No one answered through the speaker, so I after a few minutes, I pulled up to the window. Girl opened the window and said they were closed. I asked what time do you open. She said 11, I said it is 11. She gave me a nasty look and said we are going to need a few more minutes and shut the window."
"The staff took 35 minutes to make 5 things when it was just me and one other person and 2 cars in the drive thru. and no one even tried to see if i needed help if anything it seemed like they tried to avoid me, the worst part was how disgusting this location was clearly no one knows how to clean."
"Food is the best I've had from a Taco Bell, but the staff is seriously hateful. Went through the drive through yesterday and said we had two different orders but, "Yeah, I can only take one." Didn't have a problem today though, but the dude just laughed at us. He was really impatient and kept practically yelling, "What else?!" every time we had to look at the menu for anything. Then, at the window, we added a strawberry drink (because we got cut off at the speaker by him just telling us the price) and he literally slammed the window in our faces. Horrible staff. Great food. It is very conflicting."
"I shouldn't have to put BBQ sauce on my taco because you guys didn't put sauce in my bag. I came all the way down to this taco bell because the other taco bell on Dorr hardly ever serves their food hot and I never get sauce. It's tacos WHERES THE MILD SAUCE!! ALSO on as far as north Reynolds is concerned,.the lady who took my order was a lil dry with me because I wasn't sure what I wanted. The young man who took my card and gave me my food was a sweetheart. I just don't appreciate paying 14.96 for tacos and have to eat it with BBQ sauce. And ONE NAPKIN FOR ALL MY FOOD smh"
