"Do yourself a huge favor and go south down Reynolds until it turns into Conant Street and there's a different McDonald's in Maumee there right on the left. Much fresher and hotter food than this one. It's worth the drive and you won't regret it."
"Fries where under done and the burger was good but the bun did not look or taste fresh. Service was quick and very friendly. The coke is still the best fast-food coke anywhere."
"Hamburger , awful taste to it. The fries were cold and dry. Old tasting, Was not fresh., So instead, they gave me some fresh hot Applebee's., Which was very good testing. Service was friendly. Had a very bad smile when you first. Walk in the door like old garbage somewhere. Walk in like old garbage , Play same screen but the smell was terrible. So I lost my appetite."
"Wow the rudest and slowest McDonald's in the city of Toledo. Skip for sure. They always have the doors lock so you can't sit down in there or even walking to grab an order anyways drive-through takes no less than 20 minutes sometimes longer. The manager was the rudest person there this morning. Refusing to maleke orders shows how this store will operate. You need to get yourself better managers and then maybe focus on your crew."
"Employees are always extremely rude over the speaker and at each window.. the time it takes to get through the drive through is ridiculously long… and the outside lane menu board is smashed as all get out… this franchise needs to get this store under control… they only take 2-3 cars at a time.. I worked for McDonald’s for a good amount of time and could do this in my sleep… smh"
