"Terrible Experience at Wing & Grill: Unacceptable Customer Service and Disappointing Food Rating: 0/10 I recently visited Wing & Grill and had an incredibly disappointing experience. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was abysmal. The staff members were rude, unhelpful, and seemed disinterested in providing any kind of assistance. To make matters worse, the food I ordered was incredibly underwhelming. I specifically ordered wings, but what I received were Incredibly small and lacked any kind of flavor. It was clear that no effort was put into preparing them properly. When I approached the staff to express my dissatisfaction, they outright refused to offer a refund or even remake the wings. This level of disregard for customer satisfaction is completely unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect and receive food that meets a basic standard of quality. Unfortunately, Wing & Grill failed miserably in both regards. I strongly advise against visiting thus restaurant. The combination of terrible customer service and subpar food makes this establishment not worth anyone's time or money. Save yourself the disappointment and find a different place to dine."

"God, don’t eat here unless you like dead bugs in your gyro meat. I was eating and noticed there were “specs”of what I thought was seasoning, but it had wings. Picked through my food and noticed more of them, lost appetite and had to toss it in the trash. Ordered a shawarma dinner plate, look through your food, people! Also had an allergic reaction to the rice, but that one is on me. I’ll give it an extra star for the quick service but…No."

"Great food and always great service. The mixed meat salad with the Greek dressing has to be the best hands down in Toledo area. The chicken is good and the house made blue cheese is the best blue cheese I've ever had in my life and I use to hate it until I tried it from here. I will always be a loyal customer."

"If I could give them 10 stars I would! This was one of the best experiences I have had in a LONG time. Pulling up the place is inviting and walking in is no different. The staff was friendly and attentive. The FOOD….. OMG… THE FREAKING FOOD!!!! For starters the food was extremely cost effective -the portions sizes were generous. Typically when food is on the cheaper side that can be nerve wracking as sometimes the quality is just as low but NO… Everything we ordered was beyond delicious and well worth the price. EVERYTHING came out HOT and FRESH which is extremely important to me. Mozzarella sticks: giant, very cheesy and the marinara is pretty good French fries: HOT, crispy and the perfect amount of salt Falafel plate: CRISPY & extremely flavorful Jumbo wings: extremely crispy, well seasoned and the hot garlic sauce is AMAZING Baklava: could be a bit sweeter for my taste buds but still extremely good"

"First time trying these and I wasn’t impressed. Ordered hot jumbo wing combo. The wings weren’t that great. Had no flavor and the hot sauce wasn’t hot at all. It wasn’t even mild. Although the were kinda big. Fries were good while they were fresh. They were seasoned so it’s not any complaints with that. I might have to try them again with different sauce or a different choice on the menu but it’ll be a while before I do."
