"Place a mobile order and then realized I accidentally ordered double of the same item so I went into the restaurant Lobby to have the issue corrected. The staff was cordial and assisted with adjusting my order to what I originally tried to place. Food in my opinion is barely mediocre anymore. This might be a personal preference as our likes and dislikes change the older we get."
"Manager messed up my order twice then blamed me. I went to the drive-thru and when my fries were not in the bag I had to go inside to get them. When I told the girl what my problem was the manager was in the background shaking her head. I said why are you shaking your head you messed up my order and she said because I can shake my head.very rude to myself and her employees."
"Normally we have good service, but today the service at McDonald's was not too great. The eggs in both big breakfasts were burnt, and rubbery. They didn't give us any silverware or napkins. We parked in #3 mobile order and I had to call them on the phone twice, the dude kinda acted like maybe we should go inside and get our own silverware which I would not do since we did do a mobile order. When you do a mobile order.....they bring it out to you. If I went inside to get the silverware it would defeat the whole point of the mobile order. Our McDonald's has been forgetting a few things each time we go there, they used to be on the ball, but now they've been dropping the ball every time. I hope this McDonald's can raise the bar so we don't have to find a new McDonald's."
"The drive-thru people were mean and they didn't give me the requested ketchup, they also didn't salt their fries although they were hot, but that's not enough to get additional stars. Also the quarter pounder was really bad- it was red and undercooked."
"I got a Tarter Sauce sandwich… The lady at the window said “I didn’t make it” in a very defensive tone…. I said at most places they’d make this right… her co worker shouted “Go to Chick-Fil-A then”, bye….. But seriously, I got an entire bottle worth of tarter for the price of on sandwich… and it was like being at a circus for no extra charge. where do you find enough Carnies to staff this place!?"
