"I have to give them credit the sun was good. However, the gnats flying around while I was eating was disgusting! The table was dirty, mind you, it was an hour before close. Still, from what I seen the health department would shut them down if it is like that all the time. Definitely not a professional appearance in the staff. I will wait a year before I go back if I do at all. Problem go to a different location instead."

"Food is decent. Restaurant is filthy!! Kitchen and dining room both need cleaned!! Visited in December and lots of small flies landing in the food. Dined inside."

"We came in with no one in the place. A wrap, a sandwich and fries. Almost 20 minutes later, we finally got our food. Ate at home. Big mistake. No one can hear you scream when you are at home (except your family). Almost no meat, less cheese and NO MUSHROOMS that I asked for. At least Subway gives you lettuce. Fries tasted good at least."

"Still had a hankering after my bad experience at the Monroe St location. Great customer service at this location. 4 stars become the fries didn't seem fresh for as long as we waited. Otherwise the sandwich was great."

"This place should be full of 5 star reviews…The food is always delicious but the customer service and atmosphere is less than desirable, and that is being generous. First, is the general lack of professionalism. Second, the employees make you feel you are bothering them. I have witnessed multiple altercations between staff and customers. On the first occasion the altercation was between other customers and the staff. That ended in staff yelling from behind the counter “you’re lucky I don’t come from behind this counter and f$&@&! stab you in the neck”. Second time I witnessed an altercation between the staff and customers that was straight up racial profiling. Absolute trash. Today on the third occasion it was towards me when I heard the staff say from behind the counter “corporate is aware, you don’t need to take f$&!@!*% pictures”. There are nasty gnats flying all around you and all over the walls. I went to the counter, politely asked for a bag, and left. There was no way we could stay inside to finish our food. My children and I finished our meals outside on the curb beside our car. The food is delicious. But the ATROCIOUS customer service and gnat issue has turned me away. If there is an issue with gnats that you have been unable to fix, call a pest control company, you don’t yell at customers. I will not return. I would not recommend."
