"First time customer. Ordered online went to pick up order and didn't know where to go. People there would look at me and just ignore me. Didn't ask if I needed help or had a question...NOTHING. Only way I found my order after over 5 minutes was to see another person come in and pick up their order. By the time I found my order it was cold and on top of that BURNT. No a good first impression!!! NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN!! If I could give it a ZERO rating I would!!!"

"Update! - this used to be my favorite place to go and I was a huge supporter of it before it got big but now you have to pay $120 for them to offer you a free smoothie and I just think that's outrageous so I'm refusing to go back so they readjust their point system to make it beneficial for all of us - update!! Sat there for 30 min while other customers that ordered after me we served and never got mine.... the girl that was working there had a few friends stop bye I guess and that was more important than me"
