"Went today at 1:30. Waited 30 minutes for our food. An item was made incorrectly, so I went up to the counter where I was ignored by the SKINNY LITTLE PUNK MANAGER for 15 minutes before I finally chucked it in the trash and demanded a refund. Well since I used their ridiculous app, they tell me I have to call customer care. Watched 8 people who were in line just walk out!! I sincerely hope this Taco Bell GOES OUT OF BUSINESS, because they are TRASH."
"You're better off ordering actual food for pickup. Extremely paucit ingredients for a +$5 chicken quesadilla, amongst other items bereft of anything they're supposed to include. If they could give you half the tortilla, they most definitely would do so without a moments hesitation."
"We just went through the drive thru (Taco Bell 5323 Monroe St) and found our food was completely mishandled. Mexican pizza dumped into bag, cinnamon twists everywhere, quesadilla curled into a ball. I have never seen a Taco Bell do this. We did not eat it and I would not recommend this location to anyone who wants to eat their food. We tried to call and big surprise their phone is off the hook."
"Literally the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever had in my life. They weren’t even busy but decided to literally give the crappiest meal I’ve ever had in my life. The steak burritos were ground beef despite paying more for steak. The tacos looked like they were stepped on. The nachos were turned into dust. No cheese sauce to even moisten the dust. The Diet Pepsi was regular Pepsi. There was zero sauce after asking for it two times. I don’t know who was having a bad day but next time just call off. Rather way 10 minutes for my food than have it come out in 30 seconds and look like it was thrown on the thrown on the ground and stomped on. This is the second time this has happened."
"Taco Bell on central is the worst. Ordered 3 items. Absolutely none were right….. how is this place still in business????? This is the 3rd time. These children they have working they don’t give a flying ****. Ordered a potato soft taco. Chicken melt burrito and a hard taco supreme. I must have gotten someone else’s bull **** order"
