"Clean and modern facilities. No wait time on a Wednesday morning. Friendly and competent lab tech got me in and out in minutes. Definitely the best local lab I've been to. However, they don't accept phone calls and your doctor can't obtain results easily from them."

"I have not had a bad experience at this lab, but google says that this lab opens at 7 am, however, there is a schedule outside the lab which say that the lab opens at 7:30 am. Please confirm the hours before you go."

"Place don't take appointments, there is a wait of 1+ hr, during CoViD times it is not safe to be in a closed room with 10+ patents. As tge wait for long decided to go next day, there were only 5 parents before me, all were done in about 20 mins, my turn took extra 20+ mins. Staff were friendly, it is a convenient location."

"This place is painfully slow...I waited 2 hours for a standard metabolic blood panel. There were only 5 or 6 people ahead of me. Not sure if they need more techs or better efficiency overall. Try one of the other locations, they may be faster. If you are desperate and have ample time then this is the place for you!"

"Very rude tech, I think her name was Edie or Edna refused to screen me. She was in a bad mood when she pulled me out of the waiting room, wouldn't even say good morning or smile after I said good morning. Right after I put the gown on she said WE CAN'T SEE YOU this is a screening facility and you need a diagnostic!$$$$ I told her the issue had been going on for several years and my last doctor dismissed it as a non issue. Edie, you are not a doctor! Do your job, a screening like my doctor ordered rather than costing me potentially several hundred dollars more for something that is NOT needed! I will never go back there and will make sure everyone I know does NOT use that facility. I do want to note that the receptionist was extremely sweet and seemed by this womans behavior."
