"It was an average visit. Had an appointment time of 1030am. I'm a realist, I get it; you're not going to get seen immediately at the designated time but 40 minutes after the designated time was a bit irritating. Others were waiting about an hour or so and that's with an appointment that they had done online. As it turns out, it was the computer system that was down. Again, things happen. The thing that irritated me was that no one ever came out and informed us what was going on and that it's the system and maybe that would have eased our patience a bit. Overall after everything was operational and working, it was less than 5 minutes and to be honest; it wasn't a bad experience."
"These people are truly awesome. For a lab/screening place I will say it was once of the best places I've ever been too. They still let me take my drug test even tho I was running late and showed up more then 15 mins after they said they stop taken new screenings. They were VERY accommodating to me and my situation and I'm very appreciative for they being so kind and understanding. Thank you very much"

"I was on time for my appointment, and so were they! Within minutes of my arrival I was greeted by a young man who was friendly and efficient at the same time. The entire session took only a few minutes, but I never felt that I was rushed in any way and all of my questions were answered before I left. Excellent!"
