"Placed a mobile order well before closing. Arrived to find, they were out of the stuff we ordered online (chalupa supreme/grilled cheese burrito), their replacement was just regular tacos (when we asked for a refund they said no), and then we didn't even get all of them."
"I've been to this location on multiple occasions and have never had a bad experience. I feel like this location is raising the bar! With the rising food prices one of the things I always fear is paying a premium for food and feeling ripped off after getting it. This location has never let me down!"
"Just went to Taco Bell at 5323 Monroe St. in Toledo. This is the most awful mishandling of food by far I have ever had at a restaurant in my life. We had a Mexican pizza dumped in the bag on top of everything, cinnamon twist dumped in too, quesadilla crumbled into a ball. Needless to say we did not eat our food and wasted $30. I suggest you completely avoid this location if you want to eat the food you pay for. We tried to call the store and big surprise their phone has been busy all night. Good thing they have surveys on the receipt."
"This place is really cozy and clean. The food was fantastic and everything was organized at the condiment station. It's never busy when I go and the employees are quite friendly also. They have two ordering kiosks that you can use and the drive through is pretty fast even during the dinner rush. It's best to use the side street and enter through the back as Monroe Street can be quite busy at times and hard to get into this place. Would highly recommend."
