"I normally order here once or twice a week for my family of 6. ($30-$40 orders) However after my experience yesterday, I will no longer go to this location. My online order was not ready at the time promised, took 20 extra minutes. Which was extremely inconvenient but if my order was good, I could have looked past. They were out of the footlong cookie, didn’t offer a refund. The churro and the pretzel were so terrible..cold, burnt, and hard. Completely inedible. Icing on the cake was the subs. We asked for light sauce and they were sopping with sauce. It was dripping off. Then even though we asked for them to be toasted, they were cold? All of these things aren’t what I would normally accept but since I regularly come here, I decided I’d keep the food (we didn’t eat any of it and went to another restaurant ) call and complain today. When I call the employee was completely rude and didn’t even try to resolve the situation. Since I didn’t receive good customer service on top of all of the other issues.. I will never order here again."
"This is a very clean, fast and friendly subway, Best in the area. Tables are clean, drink station is tidy, the line where they serve you is clean, I watched them do HACCP log temps, rotating line items, they did proper hand washing and gloves. Great job guys, I go out of my way to eat here on lunch!"
"We are visiting from out of town. Went in on March 25th. Allison & Devin were working and they were the friendliest & the best customer service we’ve ever had! Their manager is very lucky to have such great employees! The food was also delicious! Would highly recommend!"
"Went in Saturday, 11/19 feeling terrible because it was approximately 30 minutes before close. I figured I was in the clear because my order was simple as can be. The two kiddos working were very pleasant and welcoming. We had good, brief conversation as the young man prepared my sub, they both thanked me, and sent me on my way. I appreciated their good attitudes, as I know it sucks working your Saturday night away in the service industry."
