"The wife ordered the bowl and the lid was not on our way and when you pulled it out of the bag at some of it spilled in her lap and she was not too happy. I got the chicken tenders and I had to cut in a bag them for sauce because apparently they don’t ask you if you want any dipping sauce. No silverware and napkins. Oh, the service was very slow and it seem like they didn’t quite know what they were doing."

"I ordered #8 box at the drive thru, and it is identified as 3 pieces of dark meat, 2 thighs and a leg or 2 legs and a thigh. That is also what I've always received when I ordered it in the past visits. Patricia, I assumed the cashier was working the window was fantastic. Upon opening my box at home, I received 3 legs. I called the location, and the first call was not answered and hung up on me after timing out. The second call, the female, refused to provide her name, stating it was personal, and she didn't need to provide that information. She informs me it can be any 3 dark meats. There is no formula to follow. I telephone another location (Maumee) directly after this call and talked with Catherine (very friendly and very helpful), and she informed me differently. She confirmed the above formula for the meal. Never just 3 legs."

"The last two times we ordered online we ordered all breasts and were given thighs instead. The last time I went in person, after I paid, I was told that they didn’t have any original recipe. They asked if i wanted crispy instead, which I don’t like. I said no and was told if I waited 15 minutes it would be ready. I sat in my car for 27 minutes. I finally decided to go in and the girl that had take. my order didn’t say a word to me when she saw me. Instead she walked behind the machines and proceeded to throw my food in the bucket and bag. She handed me the bag still without saying a word. I asked why I waited a half an hour when I was told 15 minutes. She yelled at me that I was the one that wanted to wait from the back of the store. I left very shocked."

"The food was good and hot, but the service was ok. I Placed my order and the girls didn't seem sure about my order. I get to the window to pay then they tell me it's a wait on some of my order. If they would have told me that before I wouldn't have gotten anything. But the food was good."

"Instead of getting their chicken... Got a chicken pot pie. Really good. Way better that Boston markets potpie. Went through drive thru on a Saturday night. Pretty fast compared to everywhere else."
