"I ordered for curbside delivery. I pulled in, put my spot number in the ap. It said something hang tight expect up to 6 minutes. I sat there for 22 minutes. I went in to ask about my order and a female asked my name, and grabbed a bag with my name on it and said oh here you go. She was waiting on the next customer before her hand released my bag. I was now late for an appointment, but you can imagine my joy 2 minutes later when I discovered that the sandwich was less than warm. Chick-fil-a has always had way better customer service and food quality. I guess the question is: Do you really offer curbside delivery?"
"I didn't realize this Chick-fil-a had a children's play area, which is awesome! My young boys loved it and didn't want to leave. The food was delicious and hot as always! The service was wonderful and helpful. We had multiple staff members asking if there was anything we needed. I appreciate the changing table in the men's restroom for a dad with a young child (some places only have changing tables in the women's restroom). My son loved smelling the flowers that I assume were put out for Valentine's Day, but maybe they always have them out. Overall, it was a great experience! I'm sure my kids will be ready to go back again soon...and I will be happy to take them."
