"So I was upset because my insurance is a PITA. I was frustrated by not getting an explanation that made sense to me in my frustration about why my RX was now drastically more expensive. After receiving a survey request while being frustrated I ripped them up. I received a call from the pharmacist I believe was Sue. She was very polite patient and let me complain. She explained everything very well. I realized that I was just being unreasonable. I then apologized to her and decided to write this review. Unfortunately my insurance forces certain things as Rite Aid isn't a "preferred" pharmacy so I have to use express scripts and other pharmacies that are not convenient. I will continue to use Rite Aid for any immediate needs and play ball with the insurance. Thank you for reaching out and hearing me out!"
"I needed pain medication and antibiotics after a surgery and doctor called into this location. I called following the surgery to find out what time the scripts would be ready. They would not give me any time estimate, just said that I would "receive a text" and that they "work as fast as they can". After five hours and no text, I just showed up and they finally filled the order while I waited."
