"Ordered queso burger with fries, and spicey nuggets... top bun of burger was rock hard! Nuggets were hard as a rock.. and fries were luke warm! Got through quick, because no one else in line, but food was terrible, like it had been sitting there for hours"

"Was there to get chicken nuggets for my grandson, ask for extra sauce, was told it would be 60 cents a piece. I will not be going back to Wendy’s in Swanton any more. I’ve been getting extra sauce for years."

"Ordered a baconator with a pretzel bun did not get the pretzel bun. Had to wait 10 minutes for my order. The first time it was wrong second time. They got it right and it was so greasy. I'll never go back to Wendy's."

"Worst ever experience I have ever received from this establishment. From the manager at night. With No name tag on. I had asked for corporates number not anything to do anything with him but the two employees that was out side smoking weed while on the clock. Can I say safety hazard!!! The manager then proceeded to tell me that there is no one higher than him and refused to give me any information to contact someone higher up food was cold and trash also just like his attitude was ."

"If I could rate a 0 I would. I sat at the speaker for atleast 10 minutes . I had to say hello to begin with before someone came to the speaker. He was rude & snatched my card. I will never go here again. Plain out rude as hell!! I also got the blt chicken and it had no bacon on it."
