"At a truck driver at a truck stop you would think food quality and caring about what they serve would be something they would serve to there families! The breakfast sandwich bread was hard and of poor quality! Probably needs corporate management to explain what is expected of quality and making these customers happy with their purchases from this McDonald's at the Pilot truck stop!!! They should put a huge Waffle house next door for fresh food quality and service! Need higher standards for sure!!!"
"The food was poorly made and barely warm. The girl behind the counter had a very piss poor Attitude and the store was Appalling. 3 workers standing around on there phones the least they can do is whipe down a table or learn how to make a basic chicken sandwich."
"Without a doubt the worst McDonald's. The employees are rude, service is ridiculously slow, food quality is awful. Employees can be heard cussing and carrying on in the back while customers are waiting way too long for their order."
"Woman at drive through window handed me the wrong bag and swapped my bag with another, when I checked the bag the order was missing a hash brown so I waited at the window she proceeded to stare at me through the window with a dirty look on her face then said “what” without even opening the window. Terrible customer service. With an attitude like that I’d put her on the grill or on the unemployment line. Absolutely does not understand customer service and should not be at the window."
