Rite Aid

"I have been dealing with this pharmacy for 7yrs now an it seems like they don't care that I need my meds that I take every day. An they past 4yrs have gotten even worse. I get sick with out some of my meds an have to wait 7hrs or even a day without them. An it makes me sick to the point my stomache hurts an have bathroom issues. An today had a Dr appointment at 8am an my meds still wasn't filled at 3pm. An I'm sick to my stomach cause I'm supposed to take one twice a day an didn't have anything this morning. An they where not gonna even fill them till tomorrow."

"Don’t recommend this pharmacy! Every time we pick something up they are VERY rude. I called yesterday morning at 10am to have a prescription filled and had my husband swing by today after work at 3pm and it still was not ready! He had to sit there and wait for it and when he said something about me calling it in yesterday the lady said “well this is why your wife opted for the texts when it’s ready.” How long am I supposed to wait for a text?? It had been over 24 hours and should have been ready by then. Absolutely ridiculous."

"Pharmacy takes upward to 6 hours to fill a prescription even with advance notice. My doctor eprescribes my medications a week ahead of when it's due. Prior to moving to the area, by previous pharmacy would automatically fill my meds on the fill date. If they ever had an issue then the pharmacy would call sometime between the day it sent to when it was due. In order for my prescriptions to be filled at this RiteAid, I have to call the day before because they will say something like it wasn't received (again it's eprescribed) or it's too early to fill (it's the same day of the month every month) or something that they need to address for it to be ready. Then I have to call the morning of because they will just not fill the med that day half the time otherwise. Then it will take 4-6 hours which is why you have to call in the morning for it to be ready in the afternoon."

"I will not go to this pharmacy ever again! Had my wisdom teeth removed today and I had to wait over 7 hours for my prescription to be filled! I understand people get busy with work but no customer should have to wait over 7 hours in pain to pick up the prescription"

"If you need a medicine refilled or just a prescription in general, I would not recommend this Rite Aid. They are extremely rude every single time we pick up something. If you're visiting the store for any other reason, the people up front have always been very nice and very helpful."
