"I went there to purchase beer with spouse. The clerk asked for both IDs. As my spouse was paying and driving, I didn't have mine on me. I told this to the clerk, She said she could not sell unless we both show our IDs. In the state of Ohio, if the purchaser looks under age, they have to ID...we are grandparents with gray hair. It's too bad Circle K employees can't distinguish the age gap of over 25 years in another human or the owner knows there is no ability in his employees, he has to make such policies to protect himself from their lack of personal judgement. I will never go back. Go to the drive thru down the road, clean, quick, and COMPETENT workers who know how to conduct business."

"The person on nights is never at the counter and I had to wait 15 minutes tonight in line. They need to check cameras because people just kept leaving. This is not the first time it's happened at all."

"I got $40. In gas and paid at the pump, they charged me an additional $100. and 2 days later have not got this resolved or even talked to a manager yet. Workers are very rude about the whole thing if it's not resolved soon I will be calling the police and making a report, they can't just take extra money off your card at the pump and they did."

"Think I would learn by now, but I guess it is just wishful thinking, I'm one of those people who like a receipt, but every time I stop and get gas I have to go in and get one! Why pay at the pump if you have to go in to get a receipt? How is this covenant, I thought that is why you pay at the pump so you don't go need to go in!"

"Have sign at one price and then 30 cents more at the pump. Manager was rude as can be as she was being interrupted by having a conversation with 2 employees. Only went inside because of the price difference and the inside is disgusting as usual. Manager rudely said “if there’s a problem since the pump is right call corporate then”"
