"I've been here a few times over the years at times for MRI's, and more recently to my doctor's recommendation. I think he probably gets an incentive for sending patients here. But, I try to go elsewhere since my last visit here after the radiologist who reads the images missed some issues I have. I called to let the office know and they told me my doctor would have to send a request to the radiologist that reads them in Beachwood to have him re-read it. He was either lazy and didn't even read my images, or he needs to go back and retake the course on interpreting the images. Just not good. I've also had a problem with one at TriPoint that totally missed a herniated disc in my back. I'm wondering if it's the same person. They do offer the self pay discounts here, which is really nice, but I'd rather pay more to go somewhere else that is going to give me an accurate diagnosis and not miss problems."
