"I have been taking Bailey, my Cavalier, once a month for a year. Bailey is actually excited when we arrive. He will not let me near him with a brush. So I really appreciate the care they give him. I drop him off at the appointed time, and usually return 2-3 hours later when Maddy is finished grooming him. It gives me time to do some shopping or accomplish something at home. I am very happy with their services."
"CLEAN GOOD WORK NO FRILLS NICE FOLKS You might need to wait weeks for your 1st appointment, but after that you’ll be on the rotation. I love the day before reminder calls. Cash only. Drop off, then pick up in a few hours. Locally owned by kind but hard workers. Vacation time gets crazy, but everyone needs a long vacation! Don’t you?"
"Just had our dog groomed and have used this place before.His appointment was 11:30 and were told to come back at 4!!!Will is the one that took him and he said we needed him sooner so they said 3.Most of the groomers we have is always 2 hours or less.Had I been there probably would not of left him as they did not explain why they needed that long.They do a good job grooming but I don't understand 3 and a half hours. Probably will not be using them again."
