"The Edon Pilot does not disappoint. This is one of my go-to stops for a 10hr break. Stocked store and clean, large showers. Always a pleasure. The PJ Fresh has been good and the employees are great. Parking is standard with some pull thru for the newbs."
"My fault, I know better. Pilot/Flying J laundry ‘amenities’ are always a gamble. I should have checked before hauling my laundry inside. There’s ONE working washer for drivers. Also, the music you’re playing VERY LOUDLY through the whole store is blasting away any shower ‘peace’ I could hope for."
"Customer service here is terrible! Stopped in for dinner. The girl who was attending to me walks away from me as I was ordering, to go see her dog, that her dog sitter brought in to see her. She proceeds to go over and pet a dog, for a few minutes, before deciding to come back over to take my order. Surprisingly she did wash her hands. Then, as I sat there and ate dinner, I got to listen to the dog bark. Pretty sure the girl's name was Jasmine."
"The truck stop itself is outstanding. It's clean, new and spacious. The woman (manager?) working the food section morning of 12-15 is incredibly snotty, rude and obnoxious. Her attitude matches the scowl on her face."
"The good news is the showers are so big and have double shower heads so team drivers can share showers and not hold up the line. Kinda comical that the prison shower head in #9 is brand new and already leaking in classic PFJ fashion. Only one food option and they’re working on their pizza skills. Staff is super friendly tho. The only real complaint is the fuel pumps are turned around so you have to walk backwards through truck traffic to go inside. Not sure if this was a zoning issue or what but the opposite side had enough room to stack three trucks deep x9 isles = 27 trucks."
