"Disappointing Experience at Costco Gas Station! On Sunday, I arrived at the gas station approximately 10 minutes before closing time, only to find that all lines, except one, were already closed. To make matters worse, the remaining open line had a queue of about 8 cars, making it impossible for me to purchase gas before closing time. As a Costco member, I expect a certain level of service and convenience, especially considering the membership fees involved. Unfortunately, this experience left me questioning the value of my Costco membership. It's disheartening to feel that the service fell short of the standards I have come to associate with Costco. I understand that certain operational constraints may exist, but it is important for members to feel that their time and investment in a membership are valued. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and provide some insights into why the gas station was not adequately staffed to handle the demand, particularly so close to closing time. "I love saving abou 15 cents per gallon here. Just come during the week because weekends are really backed up. Line takes about 10+ minutes when full"
