"Came in to buy my vape refill. Purchased and opened it in front of the gentleman who sold it to me to make sure they were not expired, which they were. I asked to just swap it out and he refused gave me my money back and asked me to leave. Not sure why the guy copped an attitude with me as I was trying to spend my money there."
