"Scott, the sales guy seemed nice, I test drove a well maintained white Nissan Altima at the 3020 location, and even completed a credit application. Scott called Nick, the manager and once he confirmed my name, the MANAGER proceeded to tell Scott that ‘this lady is crazy’!!! Scott tried very hard to turn the volume down on his phone so that I could not hear all of the insults, curse words and demeaning language Nick used to speak ill about me, a potential customer….and I have never met Nick in person. Had a brief conversation with him over the phone and I respectfully disagreed about the amount of down payment he said I’d need. That was it. Never met Nick before in my life and would absolutely NEVER buy a car from here because of Nick’s tyrant rage on the phone (of course Nick had no clue that I was in the office sitting across the desk from Scott) and unprofessionalism!! If I could rate my experience zero stars, I would. Hard to believe that this is 2023 and this type of treatment still happens when you exist in the melanin that I’m in."
"I recently bought a Nissan Titan from Scott. If I was to only give a review on Scott, I'd give him 5 stars, unequivocally. However I don't like cheesy practices like I'm sure most would agree. Car dealerships, most commonly in used cars, will use this best way to describe it as a pastel like black stuff to make the tires look better. It's a safety hazard because it hides the dry rot of the tires. The last 2 digits of the DOT # is the year. All but one tire is from 2016 and the one is 2018. Some had so much black stuff it was hiding the DOT# on the tires. In conclusion they sacrificed safety to make the tires look better. Gave me false sense of security with a warranty only to have my tires seperate. I don't believe Scott knew."
