"Absolutely terrible. I called today to complain about not receiving my order complete. The phone call was answered by a robot that was trying to sell a product then the robot transferred me to another robot doing the same thing pretending to be a person and deceiving and then they did that a third time it is ridiculous they're trying to get the elderly to accept products they don't want this should be illegal when I finally spoke to a person after 3 minutes of being harassed by robot callers trying to sell some emergency device I complained to the lady who insisted that she couldn't do anything about it she refused to give me her name she refused to put me with a supervisor or a manager I don't understand how these people can be in business they should be closed down."

"There was an item I ordered that was out of stock (even when it didn't show when ordered). The note inside delivery package said it was going to be delivered when they received the item. The cost was $12. After several months I never got my supplement or a credit. They took my benefit and I never got what I ordered or a credit, even after a call to customer service where they said nothing they could do. Poor service"

"I attempted to place a 2nd order online since the first one was done effortlessly, but could not access my account. After speaking with customer service multiple times, the issue was unable to be resolved. Then I attempted to order over the phone via the automated system. An item was unavailable so my call was transferred to a customer service agent. The order had to be started over again from the beginning. While I appreciate the benefit included with my health insurance plan, the process definitely needs to be improved!"

"Items came in plastic bag, should have been boxed, jar of cream broke open & covered all items. Post office responsible, but if boxed, would not have happened."

"I did receive my order in just a few days. But there must be a better way packaging. The box did not have any protection for the product. Everything was loose in the box."
