"I have terminal cancer, and after my treatment yesterday I stopped to pick up my elderly father's prescriptions. I have a little chemo brain and couldn't remember if my father was born in 44 or 45. I had all his other info, but Francesca still made me go out to the car ( while fighting back the vomit) to get the correct date. Maybe this is something they have to do, but really? The worst part was she couldn't have been ruder! I made it out before vomiting, but I will be taking my dad's prescriptions to CVS from now on. Such a shame, everybody else in the pharmacy is fantastic! Francesca needs a non-customer service job!"

"I’m surprised they even have a 3.5 star’s review! This pharmacy have the Laziest and Rudest staff!!! it’s too much for them to lift a finger to help you. They are so unfriendly standing in front of them trying to get. They don’t even want to help you to begin with by check properly for your Rx. It’s a regular thing for them to be lazy I don’t even know why anyone uses this pharmacy. So sad that Publix employed staff like this and they are supposed to be about good customer service."

"This is the worst customer service I have encountered at a Publix. The pharmacy Jonathan has no respect for the customers. He doesn’t make eye contact or acknowledge the customers. He is very condescending and talks to the other employees to address you while he standing r within 10ft of you. Now that I know this is the culture Publix is fostering, I will have my and my entire family prescriptions filled else where."
