"I've been going to AHF for years. It's not like the run of mill other Pharmacies. It a totally different experience here. The staff knows me very well, what medications I take, I feel like I get individual attention. Every employee is great there. Chauncy, Leslie, Heather, John, Rick and the ones I just dont recall the name. The manager Ms. Lynette knows her customers very well. She gets involved personally with me to assure that all my needs were met. She is a very kindhearted person who really cares for every customer. UPDATE.... Today, June 29th, 2022, I had an emergency situation with 1 of my medications and I needed a quick and fast supply to hold me for about a week as I had run out. I used a mail order service and they really screwed up my prescription delivery. I called up the manager Miss Lynette and she was on the case in 1 minute ready to help me immediately. She is a top manager at this location and manages the pharmacy perfectly. She told me to come in when she got the prescription in 5 minutes. She worked very very quickly to get me my medication. Miss Lynette is always on top of her game and has a very big heart. I want to say thank you again to you Ms Lynette for always being there and always helping me as you do all your customers. "For the first six years that I went there, every month, it was a pleasure. Brad, Ben, and David were friendly, helpful and accommodating in any situation. After each of them left for various reasons there became a stream of different pharmacists, each less memorable than the one before. The support staff was pretty nice and we got to know which other over the years. But the pharmacists really just became a body behind the counter. Not even a hint of congeniality, interest, or warmth. On one occasion, the nitroglycerin tablets that I was prescribed for pain from angina, had not gotten re-authorized on time for me to pick the pills up on a Saturday morning. Rather than risk going the weekend with the possibility of having chest pain‘s and the stress that goes with that, I asked if I could have one or two tablets until Monday. The pharmacist said no. She didn’t really “know me.” If that’s the amount of thought and consideration that the pharmacist is going to put into filling my medication, I may as well get my prescriptions from a vending machine. And the vending machine would probably have a number to call in case you needed to talk to someone about such a situation. The pharmacist didn’t even qualify as a body behind the counter. The other AHF pharmacies are miles ahead of this place. It’s your health, it’s too important to risk going here. And the ‘local guide’ reviews are not only meaningless, they’re insulting."

"The staff is generally nice, but Im tired of no follow through. They say they're going to "put in a request" to the doctor , or have a med ready by tomorrow--10 am or late afternoon? They don't know, and i don't know. So were all left in the dark. My monthly meds require no less than 3-4 visits to get them all filled. Some are missing, some are filled when they shouldn't be. re: follow through-The AHF medical office is way worse than the pharmacy. --Is that even possible? yes it is."
