Publix Pharmacy at Northridge Shopping Center

I LIVE IN ANOTHER CITY, (NOT TOO FAR AWAY, BECAUSE I JUST LOVE TO COME TO THIS LOCATION, IF I COULD GIVE MORE STARS I WOULD!"

"My doctor keeps having to refax my prescriptions to these people since they either lose them or are too lazy to follow up and call or even text that my prescription is ready. Very sad I chose them and not the new one across the street or maybe wallgreens does better. Maybe if the item is free they won't tell you it's ready. Either way, not happy."

"Came here to pick up prescriptions for my mom, the white male pharmacy guy was checking his apple watch while checking me out?? like where is your manners buddy? Also he gave me the prescription without a bag I didn't ask for one but he was incredibly rude with his apple watch. He got the nerve to verify my information when I'm about to leave which I verified a portion and he's like okay great. Not cool publix I'm still going to shop here but man that blonde white male needs some manners no apple watch while on the clock and GIVE THE CUSTOMERS A BAG FOR PRIVACY SMH !!"

"As a long time customer of this particular Publix I am no longer a customer here. When a store offers a service such as an online deli order placement and that particular times are given to pick up they better be ready when it comes time to be picked up. I ordered 2 subs at 4:30 with a pickup time of 5:30 I arrived at 5:45 to find that my items were not ready. I expressed my concerns at the deli line in the customer service and assistant manager looked at me like I had 10 heads because I was upset my order was not ready. They offered me free subs with no apologies I explained I didn't want there free stuff I just wanted their services to be rendered when they should have been. What really tipped me off was that the customer service an assistant manager really did not give a rip in one of the customer service representatives at the desk straight up told me they get complaints like this all the time and nothing happens. You can get better Service at the Albertsons across the street. I'm tired of the employees having such an attitude after 6 years of going there religiously 4 - 5 times a week I am no longer going there ever again. Thank you Publix for pissing off a customer and this will not be the only negative review you will get for this location. The store manager or regional manager should really stop in here and clean house and put some employees that actually care about their job and care about the customer."

"The staff at this pharmacy has no regard for customer service. they are arrogant, not helpful at all. Pharmacy technician Tonya was disrespectful over the phone when I was asking a simple question about my prescription and acted as if I should know everything about Meds and shouldn't dare calling at all. Needles to say I will never in my life will fill a prescription at Publix"
