"I booked an appointment to get a covid test for 9:30 given the pharmacy was supposed to open at 9. After waiting 50 minutes and being put on hold for 35 minutes and having the manager come out I was told that the pharmacist was new consistently arrived hours late and that I had to have 'understanding' for an employee who consistently arrived an hour and a half late. Absolutely unacceptable. Don't fill any prescriptions here!"

"There have been many complaints here about them not answering the phone. This is absolutely true. I called automated system said there is only 1 caller in front of me. Seems to be a very long call. Then finally someone comes online and says thanks for calling Walgreens please hold and put me right back on hold. If I go there in person, there is a long line inside and out and takes forever to get anything done at this location. I really like the location because it is close to me, but I am not happy with the service where there seems to be none."
