"trying to refill a rx on your website is very very difficult"

"Pharmacy: Awful. Leaves you on hold or at the drive thru window for 15-20 mins at a time. When our child got RSV and was in the hospital we needed specific prescriptions filled. This pharmacy filled half of what we needed and didn’t bother to tell us until we went to pick it up after being told “our prescriptions were ready”. I had to walk the pharmacist through the basic process of calling other Walgreens to find the prescriptions they couldn’t fill at this location. When I told them this is really their job they looked at me like I had written it in hieroglyphics. Just one of many issues. The exterior of the building is always trashed. Literally. Rear of building has broken pallets strewn around the parking lot. The front looks like it’s in NYC, not a nice part of Florida. Complete with a puke festooned trash can and $100 worth of McDonald’s wrappers all over the ground. Walgreen’s corporate: Pay your employees a decent wage and get a cleaning crew."

"Worst pharmacy in Florida. They will constantly leave you agitated and upset and without your Medication most of the time. Most of The Pharmacists are Rude, crass and They could care less about You as a person or Client. Not all though. The decent ones leave within a month of working there. Walgreens has bought out most of the mom and pop Pharmacies in Martin County so you are forced to submit to Walgreens Pharmaceutical Conglomerate. Go anywhere else."

"I don’t think I have ever been treated with such rude, insufficient, uncaring people in all my life I can only hope that if you are reading this you have sense enough to run not walk away from this pharmacy just as I am doing now!!"

"Pharmacist uncaring / unsympathetic when asked simple question regarding pain reliever after he was told I was released from hospital after trauma!!! What is the world coming to. He hurried me off the phone like he couldn’t be bothered because he was busy with other customers and just told me to call my doctor."
